If you need to create more than one user to access your client portal, you can create different access profiles and set different privileges for different users.
- Access the client portal, and on the bottom right you will find a green button Manage Contacts. Click on the button to start creating a new access profile.
- In the contacts screen click on Add New Contact.
- Fill in the new profile information and scroll down to see the privileges area.
- Select which privileges should the user have and click submit.
