How to upgrade your vBoxxCloud Trial account?
Through the Client Portal, you can convert your trial account into a paid account. In this article, you will find the necessary steps you can take upgrade your vBoxxCloud trial.

How to upgrade your vBoxxCloud Trial account?
- Access the Client Portal account here.
- In your customer page, all your vBoxx products will be listed.
- On the tab corresponding to vBoxxCloud, click on
to manage your account.
- Click on Upgrade / Downgrade to add or reduce the number of users and storage.
- On the Upgrade vBoxxCloud screen drag the sliders to select the number of users and storage packs you want to add to your account.
- To complete the process click on the button
your recurring value will be automatically adjusted for the remaining month.
