Configuring Apple mail, calendar and contacts via Exchange

You can synchronize your account with macOS Apple Mail & Notes, Calendar & Reminders via Exchange ActiveSync

Usage limitations:

  • Public and shared folders are not synchronized in Mail. You can use IMAP instead.
  • Public and shared calendars (without Delegation) are not synchronized in Calendar.
  • Public and shared contacts are not synchronized in Contacts. The Global Address List can be queried, and you can use CardDAV or Kerio Connect Client.
  • You cannot move or create folders within specially designated folders.
  • Only one reminder can be synchronized with an event.
Note: These limitations do not apply to the mac Outlook Exchange profiles.

1. If you prefer to use the Apple native apps, you can configure Kerio by going to System Preferences and clicking on Internet Accounts.
