Upgrading & Downgrading vBoxxCloud
Through the Client Portal, you can automatically, add or remove users/storage packs from your account. In this article, you will find the steps you need to take in order to change the number of users and storage packs.

How to upgrade your account?
- Sign in with your Client Portal account here.
- In your customer page, all your vBoxx products will be listed.
- In the vBoxxCloud item, click on Manage.
- You will see a listing of services associated with vBoxxCloud. Click on vBoxxCloud.
- On the same screen, you will find the number of users and storage packs. Click on upgrade / downgrade, to upgrade the service.
Note: The value is automatically adjusted based on the days remaining until the next invoice.
