vBoxxCloud Clients:

1. Log in the client portal here.
   
      
2. After logging in you will see all your vBoxx products/services.
   
   
3. On the vBoxxCloud product, click Manage.
   
   
4. In the status panel click on vBoxxCloud to access the upgrade options.
   
   

You can see the current amount of vBoxxCloud users and storage packs. Click on upgrade / downgrade to increase the amount of users and storage packs.   cNote: The upgrade order will be reflected automatically in your invoice.
