vBoxxConnect - Notification Settings

Browser notifications allow your browser to alert you to common activities within vBoxxConnect, even if your browser window is minimized or hidden behind other screens. Note: To make browser notifications work, your browser must be active and logged in to a vBoxxConnect site.

A request to enable browser notifications appears at your first login to vBoxxConnect, when using a new browser, or after clearing cookies from your default browser. If your Account Settings page shows the message: "Browser notifications are disabled in this browser," it means you have declined the request to push these notifications. Instructions for enabling notifications for a site vary by browser, so we recommend consulting your browser's documentation for the exact steps. The following notifications can be enabled or disabled for browser notifications:

  • Calendar reminders - Enable or disable notifications for calendar appointments with reminders.
  • New emails - Enable or disable notifications when an email is received in your Inbox.
