An autoresponder is a predefined response that is automatically sent when an email is received. It is often used, for example, to inform that the person in question is unavailable. An example of an automatic message could be:

Dear, on Fridays, I am not working. My emails will be reviewed later.

Automatic Emails in vBoxxConnect

To set up an automatic email in vBoxxConnect, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to More > Settings > Autoresponder.
2. Click the Enable Autoresponder button under Options on the right.
3. Under Subject, enter the title of the automatic email. - In the box, type the corresponding message for domain users, and below that, you can set a message for all other recipients.
4. If you want the automatic email to be sent only between certain dates or times, choose Only send between certain dates under Options on the right. Then, you can set the dates and times.
5. Once everything is set, click Save at the top.
