To better understand the different areas of the user interface, please refer to the diagrams below:

  1. Navigation

    At the top of the interface, you'll find the navigation bar where you navigate through the various pages of the webmail client. From left to right, these are:

  2. Right Navigation

    At the top right, you have the following options from left to right:

    • Advanced Search
    • Notifications
    • Switch Light or Dark Theme

  3. Folder List

    The Folder List is used throughout vBoxxConnect and lists the different folders with information related to the section you are in. For example, in Email, all your default, custom, and shared folders are displayed. In Calendars, your default calendar is listed, as well as any secondary calendars created, along with shared calendars.

    You can show or hide this list using the button to the left of the navigation bar.

  4. Message List

    When viewing your Inbox or another folder in the email section, all messages in that folder are displayed here.

  5. Content Panel

    The content panel is the main screen where messages, contacts, reports, pages, etc. are shown to users.
