Outlook is a desktop email client that you can use with your vBoxxConnect account. The client is fully supported with vBoxxConnect. Just like in the web interface, in Outlook you can manage your emails, calendars, contacts, notes, and more.

To add your vBoxxConnect account to Outlook, use the following steps:

Automatic Method: (Recommended)

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Click on File at the top left.

   

3. Click on + Add Account.
4. Enter your Name, email, and password.

   

   If Windows Security asks you to connect, please enter your email and password again. Check the box to remember your credentials.

   

5. Click on Finish and restart outlook

Manual Method:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Click on File at the top left.
3. Click on Add Account.
4. Select the Manual setup and click next.

   

5. Now select Exchange ActiveSync and click next

   

6. Enter the following information:
   • Your name
   • Email address
   • Mail server (For vBoxxConnect this will be connect.vboxx.nl)
   • Username
   • Password

When you are done, click next. Now the setup should be finished. Click Finish and all your items should start importing immediately.
